This time, we present upcoming star guitarist Casper Hejlesen
Casper Hejlesen is a rising star in European jazz. His recent solo album “Idyl” is out on Universal Records. Hejlesen has studied in Copenhagen, Amsterdam (NL) and Trondheim and has already received several prizes as a outstanding guitarplayer.
Hejlesens music is rooted in the Scandinavian jazztradition as well as his love for the all American songbook.
Hejlesen and his music will bring to the surface completely new sides of Den sønderjyske Hustrio and we are looking very much forward to play both music from Hejlesens hand and the standard repertoire.
